BPC Land and New Homes offer a tailor-made service to our clients to identify and assist them in acquiring sites for residential development.
Having successfully facilitated the acquisition of a site we then act as the Selling Agent for the new properties built. Throughout the process we work closely with the developer to ensure that their expectations are accomplished by driving sales. This includes supplying professionally trained site sales staff and extensive off and online marketing campaigns.

To suceed at this role, you will be an integral part of the sales team and will be actively involved with all parties to achieve legal completion ensuring that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered to all customers. A passion for new homes sales is key and you will take great pride in your development, be impeccably presented and have a flair for Sales.
Ideally you will have a background in New Homes Sales but this is not essential as we will consider experienced professionals looking for a new challenge. We would love to hear from you!
